I have K-pro on the car. I had it professionally tuned, but it has started throwing a check engine light. I got a laptop last week, and have downloaded the software from hondata, but I cant seem to get it to download the tune from the ECU, or at least pull the codes. The car is running fine, so I think it may just be a code from the secondary O2 sensor. I put in a Random Tech high-flow cat and that isn't supposed to cause any problems, but I don't know what else it could be.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have an 02 EP3, Jackson Racing S/C stock 4.4" pulley, DC Sports shorty header, Random Tech high-flow cat, Borla cat back, and K-pro of course.

Never mind, I found my problem. It helps if you install the hardware in windows!!! DOH!
I still couldn't find out what code it was, but when I diabled the OBDII in the options the code went away, so I'm assuming it was the secondary O2 Sensor.

turn it back on and let it throw the code.
open up Kmanager software when your key is in the II position.
click on the lightning bolt in Kmanager. then go to Windows menu and select Errors
your code and description will show on the screen.
