Well I am proud to say rochester, NY held its first Honda-tech meet this weekend.

The turnout was AWESOME. I was one of the first there and was worried that it would be a bust but more cars just kept showing up until there were a good bit of cars.

Even better the rain that threatened the meet in the morning subsided and left some sunshine .

We plan on doing this again in spring with a BBQ, hopefully my b17 will be in by then

We were more chillun then takin pics. Yeah that sti is from cali, its his daily driver, beats it to hell and yeah... he drove it from CA to NY

Wouldnt mind having you take some solo shots of my car with a tripod etc, im looking for some quality action and still shots....interested in the spring?

I'll be out in the spring. I have an ungodly amount of work for school right now and have only been able to get home once this quarter to work on my car. Hopefully by spring I'll be idling below 1000 and I'll have dyno-tuned my car as well. I say we have a meet then go to NYIRP after.

yeah hopefully my car will have some added power by spring time
...and wheels and ****...and some sort of body work to get that horrible rust out!

If my slopoke civic was driveable I woulda prolly made it out from ruff buff with some friends. Maybe next year.

there are a few turbo hondas in rochester.....most of them are just hacked together SOHCs that end up breaking down in the first 1000 miles after the install. but there are a few out there.

We should do a combined Rochester/Buffalo meet in the spring.

 

i have a boosted teg but i dont live in roc.
i am always up there tho
