Default ? For People w/ GC and Koni Yellow setup

on the hardest setting are your rides a bit bouncy?
for example when I push down on the front fender it'll bounce a couple a times before it settles.

btw i'm running 400f 300r spring rates

thanks

Couple things -

- Blown shock is a definite possibility. See any oil leaking?
- Shouldn't your springs be reversed?
- Are you turning the Koni **** the right way? (sorry, just gotta ask - I've seen that before...)

the ***** turnde the right way!! lol
it's not bouncy like crazy but very very little.

are you talking about the spring rates being reversed? when I called GC I told them I was doing an h22 swap and that's the spring rate they recommended, unless i'm mixing them up

how low is your car? and when you say bounce do you mean when you hit a bump the suspension seems floaty in front or the car gets airborne some?

Not everyone runs higher spring rates in the back. It's all up to driver preference, ability, setup, etc. The stock spring rates are higher in front from the factory.

i would agree with the previous posts for diagnosis. I'm running 325f/350r and there's no bouncing. especially if you have them set stiff.

i'm lowered about 2 inches front 1.75 back

i think GC recommended the higher spring rates in the front cause of the heavier weight of the h22
