Default Replacing OEM HU & Spkrs, any opinions?

I am looking into the Clarion BD316 AM/FM CD Car Deck for the HU and Infinity 652i - 6 1/2" Speakers in the front and JBL LC-S600 6 1/2" Speakers in the back...I don't want anything crazy just a nice improvement over the OEM stuff? what do you guys think is it worth upgrading?

also, the reason i don't want anything really expensive stuff is that i've had really nice **** in my past 2 honda's and they managed to steal my **** both times...
Will this stuff be easy to install?

i would personally like to stick to the same company for the speakers. Any head unit is fine for your car as long as it has what you want (pre-outs, bass control, functions, etc) Install for the head unit isnt hard and the front speakers as long as your using the stock wiring(running wires through the door is a biatch) and the rears you would have to take the whole panel off to make it easiest.
