I have a rear motor mount that is wasted. I just bought this 'fixer upper' for my 16 yo. It appears that the mount is missing the shroud (or piece that goes over the hard rubber piece). Can these rear mounts be replaced from under the car? Does anyone have a link to replacement instructions?

 

just remove the top nut then remove the other 2 bolts holding the mount to the rear crossmember then jack the engine up and remove ... reverse to install ...
