i have a eg6 rhd ...with GSR calipers
im just curious..y i can fit 14inch blackies steelies..n i CANT fit the HX..there both 14s..but hx wont fit..it goes in but wont move..tires scarp da CALIPERS....whats weird is that..the blackies n the HX are both the same offset..can some please xplain???

the caliper rubs on the spokes of the hx wheels. you either have to shave down the side of the caliper or use wheel spacers if you want to fit hx wheels over gsr brakes.
If you want a ghetto way of making that work, put the HX wheels on, drive down the driveway or street for just a little bit, and the calipers will scrape away the part of the wheel that's touching. There'll be little metal shards all over the place, so be prepared to clean up. The other alternative is to dremel the inside of the wheel, which would be cleaner, but would take more time and effort. The way I figure, HX wheels are cheap enough that it doesn't matter if you screw 'em up a bit.
You definitely have to give it gas if you want to try that method. Just putting it in drive/1st gear won't do, as there is a bit of resistance.

I had to grind down the calipers in order to put my hx rims on.
