If you got a b16 I'd set it to 44 psi. What motor do you have?

Measure factory static pressure (w/the vacuum hose off) - and add like 3-5 lbs -- that's about right for intake & exhaust bolt-ons. The only way to really tell is to dyno it and that's not even perfect

Thats not true. There are some motors that are happier with a little less fuel pressure. You really dont know till you dyno it. Set it at stock fuel pressure settings.

Do a search. 44-46 psi is right for that setup. Dyno it to see exactly where it needs to be.

True, often leaning the motor out a tad will increase the performance... you really should dyno the motor, for an exact number. Leaving it at / close to factory would be best for now.

I should note that leaning can especially help if you have a higher flow fuel pump. Sometimes, higher flow fuel pumps can overwhelm the regulator, bumping up fuel pressure. This especially tends to happen if you get overzealous when upgrading your pump, like if you decide to get a Walbro 255LPH for your bone-stock B16A.
