Ok, i am wondering if there are any places to hook up the oil pressure gauge, and when i tightned down the nylon hose into the hose lock down nut it made it so nearly no air can get through, will this sitll read oil pressure?

I have a 1/8 street tee... Basically its a brass T with a threaded in without having to get a t and a threaded end... i was goign to put that in the oil sending unit's place and put hte oil sending unit on the end w/ hte oil line running to hte side... will this work? im asking now because i coulndt find a 22mm last night so ill be at the parts store tommorow... help me quick
