I think my ecu is going nuts!

I was checking the CEL codes with the car turned on...I know it's supposed to be done on IGN but I forgot

...and I was expecting to get code 21 (because that's the problem) but what happens is the ABS and SRS lights start giving me codes!! ABS gave me 54 and 81 and SRS gave me 11...WTF!! Then I did it correctly and got 21 but still I thought it was kinda odd that the ecu would invent codes that don't even exist(except for 54)! lol

I think your ECU has gone up to that better place in the sky...

I bought a JDM p73 ecu ran it in my car for like 1 year, then when I did some engine work on it, something shorted out the ECU....

Now I keep getting some weird code and the car just starts and dies immediately...

Anyway, I put in a different ecu and everything worked no CEL...

So instead of buying another stock ECU I got a sockected P28 from EFI tuning for less and I found a great deal on an Apexi Power FC and commander.

hehe.. so anyway, yeah, I'd say just replace the ecu and call it a day.
