Default Running Rich???

I have a CRX with a B16. Replaced map and O2 sensors. I only have one O2 sensor with both wires connected to it. It smokes and it smells like raw fuel. Plugs confirm that it is running rich. I really can't figure this out and help would be greatly appreciated.

Check fuel pressure. Should read around 40PSI with the vaccum line diconnected.

My car is running extremely rich all of a sudden. I have a 2000 Si with a B16A with a Greddy Turbo. The smoking I can understand after running the turbo for a while, but it is now smoking constantly. Should I have tech guys adjust my AEM ECU? Any comments?
