well mikesarrr and I have been talking about organizing a meet, and planning it way ahead of time to assure that more people end up coming, so I thought I would start the thread now. If anyone has ideas on where to have it go ahead and give us your input, as well as what day of the week is best for you.

I just recently had a company picnic at Bill Frederick Turkey Lake Park off of hiawasee and I thought it was a really nice park, the only downfall is you have to pay $2 per person to enter, but I don't think thats a problem. It was a very nice park with lots of space. I was thinking we should do it in either january or february or sometime around then so that people have PLENTY of time to ask off of work or whatever it is they have to do, to be able to come. Organizing it this far ahead of time could also allow for the out of state ITR's to try to make a trip down

Any ideas guys?

Time: Afternoon (12 pm sound good?)

I think that was the last "meet". We all do have to get together for dinner or something sometime soon. Some of us are going to Metropolis tonight for the "sexy halloween costume contest $1000.00 giveaway"

yeah the last big meet we had in cfl was at marc's house back in march... so its about time we have another meet... and hopefully even more poeple will show up this time

 

yes turkey lake park is a nice park .. the facitlity is a great place... and sooooooooooooooooooooooo much space.

its 5 minutes away from my house. so i will be going. the area is nice as well and would mos def be a great place for a meet.

yes lets have it i would say around ... the first or second week of feburary.

plenty of time .. and about the same time as last years.

what about the rest of the east coasters? you all need to roll down... ben round up the ga, nc, sc kR3w... and opie you need to round up the north east peeps and everyone needs to roll down

if everybody is interested in making the drive down then we can see how we can arrange places to stay
