I have a couple questions ! !
1.) I was wondering if I B16A 88-91 (SiR I) Complete Change Over would it be a "plug and play" installation with all the parts? Cuz its out of a crz soo?
2.) Would that be worth the money??
3.) What are the best mods that dont need any ecu work and dont deal with fuel management issues? ie intake, exaust, cams, gears
All your help is very important!!!!!
THANX

1.) unless you got a mpfi setup in your car or its a jdm setup... you have to change the wiring... and also you will need the new bseries mount for the crx hasport makes them....it wont be a plug and play.. and its not bolt on
2.) est. $2k -$2500 parts and labors.. for the b16 complete swap.. might be cheaper if you know how to shop around and be patient
3.) start w/ I/H/E then if you are very serious in performance.. upgrade cams... and mayve P&P the head... that should get you started

okay it seems like you got a d15b2 its the dx model... alright... since you got that engine its really slow... but remember the difference in engine size between the b-series and d-series.. the b-series in bigger.. and the USDM d-series has small engine mounts... US regulations always gives us crappy cars.. all the best cars are always left in JAPAN... so anyways.. to fully swap that b16 in your CRX you will need to get b-series mounts... and those are totally different from the stock d-series mounts you got now... as far as wiring.. you will most likely go obd-0 and convert to mpfi since b16 is mpfi.. am i making sense?

can you drive a vtec car if the vtec is not conected?</TD></TR></TABLE>
yea you can.. but your not gonna get performance like your suppose to when you hit the high rpm... basically you are driving a car like non-vtec..
this only happens tho if your vtec solenoid is not connected right or isnt connected at all... and also if you dont have a vtec ecu... but you can still ran vtec w/ nonvtec ecu w/ a vtec controller
starting not to make sense of my own words.. blah!
