always had the si tranny
My plans:
Drop in spare 88 si tranny in good condition in the Spring
Within this month I plan on having the Zex Cam and an adjustable cam gear, take that thru the winter, then either all-motor or turbo in the spring...not sure yet the motor as of right now is stock compression. Ive seen alot of people build their all-motor halfway, then decide to go turbo. Im thinking all motor casue my car is so damn light, but i see how easy it is to build a turbo setup. so we'lll see.
Turbo - mid to low 13's turbo junkyard setup
All-motor - hi 13s, low 14s
just in case anyone is interested, that 14.7 run was against an Acura RSX Type S that my friend was driving, but wasnt his, not sure of the mods, but it ran a 14.9
other cars that the stock dseries swap beat:
ls integra with gsr swap - 15's
and a side note - I LOVE DRAG RADIALS
it was a big night tonight at Atco Raceway in south jersey, i noticed a Honda-Techer or two.
