I recommed ST's sway bars. The energy suspension master kit is to change all the rubber bushings to urethane. I can get you both items if you like. I can get you the full Tein suspension also or get you Tokico 5-way adjustables and eibach springs. The Tokico's with sway bars and bushings make your car handle really good.

Once you have it set right, the crx should handle BETTER then the s2000 considering that you can get fairly fat tires under it and it's a very light car.
A lot of the time, a 2000 lb car will out handle a 2600 lb car. (all things being equal)

handle like a S2K huh, well i'd say get some Tockio 5-ways or Koni yellows, then springs like neuspeed sports or H&R sports, a ST rear sway, Energy suspention master kit and a LSD. The LSD will help alot with underspeer. Also some fatty 15s
