quick question about obd1 -> obd0 injectors

quick question about obd1 -> obd0 injectors
OBD0 ZC going into my OBD1 93 hatch
should I keep the OBD1 connectors and swap out the OBD0 injectors for some OBD1? or should I use the OBD0 injectors and switch out the connector from OBD1 -> OBD0?
As of right now, to my knowledge I would have to use my OBD1 injectors and keep the old connetors because I'm going to run an OBD1 ecu. I just wanted to make sure.
