Default Need information on fuel pumps and such

Ok so recently I boosted my 91 dx civic with a y8 swap. Im running 450cc injectors with a vafc hack, soon to be running a p28 and eventually uberdata. When I installed the turbo about a week ago I didnt install an aftermarket fuel pump but I did however already have an adjustable FPR and gauge installed prior to having the turbo. I didnt try revving my new setup past 4500 because I was afraid of detonation from lack of fuel in the top. I did it once just to see what would happen and the car would bog horribly as soon as 5000 or so came around. I decided to install an inline fuel pump that I bought from a friend to help remedy this. Now the car runs very smooth throughout the entire powerband. However I have been reading the last couple days about inline fuel pumps and that if you have a piggyback system or higher flowing injectors and inline doesnt do anything and you need an intank pump. Now I am running a very small turbo (rhb5) at a max of 10 psi and wouldnt be going any higher. Do I need an intank, or is my inline pump going to be sufficient?

Yeah I know the walbro will be good enough but I guess what Im asking is now that I have the inline, am I going to need to buy an intank aftermarket pump? Or is the inline pump sufficient for what im doing
