i need main bolts torque specs for F20C
Get a shop manual. It has EVERY torque spec. I do not have mine in front of me. If you don't have them by tonight, I will look it up for you.

if it is the head bolts you are on about then it is 22lbf/ft then if useing the old bolts you turn each bolt by another 90 degrees twice but if new bolts then turn each bolt 90 degrees 3 times.

Torque spec for the lower block to the upper block is as follows... 22lb/ft in sequence (from the centre out) then an additional sixty degrees (get a proper torque angle gauge for this...)
Then tighten the 8mm bolts in sequence (also from the centre out) to 16lb/ft
