You can call Eibach directly and speak with one of their customer service representatives. I am sure they would know right away whether or not these springs would work on a 97 hatch.

I just looked on Eibach's website, and it seems as though the 92-95 and the 96-00 use the same part number (4.1740) for both their Sportline kits. I referred the HT user to call Eibach just to verify, but I would imagine he will discover the same information.
