I have searched about the Koni yellows and I realy like them. 2 setps adjustable in high for front and 3 steps adjustable in the rear. Those are gas dampers and the preasure is adjustable from the outside too. But I could´nt find any info about what springs to use with. Is it best for using the stock springs with the Konis, or should I install aftermarket springs to get the best performance.
Any input required, please!

I am running Koni Yellows and Neuspeed Race Springs. I like the ride and handling a lot. I also have Suspension Techniques sway bars and the whole car responds great.
The ride on the Koni's and the Neuspeeds is not stiff and bouncy either. I was pleasantly suprised. Not as soft as stock, but not rough and stiff like some setups.

OH BTW: We here in Europe have only H&R, ap, Eibach etc. no ground control, neuspeed, apex........
I have now ap, don´r know the specs. Should I go with em or switch to H&R?
On which notch do you have set the damper?
Thanks alota!

Well I have been running Koni Yellows and Eibach Road Race springs for a while in my car and it is a really good setup for the street as well as for the track. I was outhandling a lot of cars that were setup with coilover suspension at the track with this setup. So I would definitively recommend Eibach. Right now I am upgrading to coilover suspension myself so if you want the springs let me know, since they will be for sale very soon.

I would say go for the Ground Controls if you want the height-adjustability and Eibachs (Pro's ~1.2" , Sportline ~1.8") if you want a fixed ride height.
I wouldnt reccommend using the different notches on the Konis for height -adjustment full time however, because Koni will void the warranty if you ride around below the "stock" height setting on the shock.

There is no Type R specific Koni Yellow...
For the front you have to use the Integra 94+ civic 96-01 shocks with different upper bushings (The TypeR bushings are different than the other integra, so you can just use a regular integra bushings).
For the rear you have to use the 88-91 CRX shocks and those are not adjustable once on the car (you have to compress the shocks to adjust them)...

eibachs...thats it....best damper/spring setup out there....other than them...go to full coilovers.......but thats the best setup other than full coilovers.
