My advice is don't waste money on a stupid kit. If you absolutely need one get the WW mugen replica kit.

hey man, if i were you, i would <U>leave it stock</U>. really, i personally wouldn't ever get a body kit just because most of the time the cars that have these are pretty gay looking.

Only kit that looks clean is WW..
Its the only kit that matches the cars body lines..
But I would rather leave it stock too keep attention off the car..
The more **** you have done to your car,,the more someone wants to steal it..

personally if you say only get some jdm kit then you really shouldnt talk **** about body kits. I like oem **** and thats it. But its whatever floats your boat. My car needs a paint job but my fenders and **** look good are you bumpers fucked up if not dont dont **** with them.

im in the middle of painting my 89 crx hf. i went with an invader baody kit, and im glad i did. it makes the car look a hell of a lot better. its not painted yet, but i just finished molding the sideskirts into the body, and it looks sweet. it makes the body sit about 4 or 5 inches of the ground, and thats before i put my adjustables on. stock is fine, but the kit looks much better imo. is post a picture, but i cant figure out how. so, if anyone could kindly tell me how to do that, it'd be much appreciated. if you want to see the pics, just email me and i'll send em to ya. plus, i had my dad help me put in a sunroof last weekend. that went smooth, and looks killr. if you wanna see the pics, names jason. email is white89crx@aol.com. go with a kit. later

 

WE all know what a body kit looks like compared to a stock car.

It's up to you.
If you like a booty kit then get one on BEFORE you paint.

If you put the kit on after, you will drive about with it primered and you will look like an idiot supre ricer.

this is a very good topic i to feel this same delema i like the stock look but i want the wings west because if i don't i need new bumber covers and side moldings anyway.

If i were in your situation, I would spend some time on the net, looking at different sites, check out some jdm stuff and u could also look at a few bodykit sites. And then go with whatever u like the best.

Stock body, hands down. but like the other heads said the WW and EF9 conversion are both good looking, the best out of the rest of the kits. its all up to you, what you like. I like the stock clean look myself. My2Cents

 

I did the same thing as the guy above

Invader kit moulded sides and rear, I also shaved the extra little foglight hole in the front, not so much going on, shaved side mouldings

Painted flat black lowerred on bronze slips. I love it

 

invader kit with a cf predator hood. i'd go with a jsp aluminum "terminator" wing as well...preferably with CF ends.

...seriously though, lol...i'd stay stock. i'm a stock guy, and if i had a kit it would be the wings west replica.
