Default Adding a rear sway bar to a DX

My daughters '04 DX came with no rear bar. I ordered one from H&R, but it says it is for cars that had a rear bar from the factory.

Has anyone added a rear bar to a car that had no bar from the factory? Can I use hardware from an EX or will I have to fabricate?
