think about what manifold your gonna be using and if you want to go internal or external wastegated set up.

my philosophy is to do it right the first time around. so buy the best **** you can afford (with in reason) while keeping functionality in mind.

i think with your budget you should be able to put together a nice complete kit...
i did mine for about 1500 and i got all new stuff except for DSM450s.
