Default intake manifold swap

hello everybody

i currently have a sucky intake manifold on my d14a1.

i want to swap it to this:

please help me with the procedures .......

i'm from israel.... its a european model. 1.4is

the engine size is exactly like any other d16. I'd say its either debore or destroked.

think of it as any other d16 mani swap....

If you're planning on swapping just the intake manifold, then go with d16y8. Seems to be the best one out there for a d series engine (I wouldn't go as far as to claim huge hp gains just for the manifold swap).
Plus, if you get the whole thing (sensors, injectors, fuel rails, etc..), you'll have better fuel injectors as well.

If its a mpfi than stick with it, I think those intakes are efficient because of even burning through out the cylinders. Just my chump change.
