I drilled out the 2 rusted-in-place screws on rotors and still can't free up the rotors original rotors. Do I need to pull the wheel from the axle? Is warpage a common problem with the Accord?

 

wow you have a 98 accord and the screws rusted? man there tough to loosen but all u need to do is spray wd40 and hit the rotor with a hammer to vibrate the screws loose inside and you can take your screw driver and loosen them up. anyways those are the only two screws holding the rotor on the axle....i just did my brakes last month

oh i was hitting it pretty hard i dont think you'll hurt it!!! cause that heat defenitley tightents them up.

 

A realy pain system. Same as mine. it will come apart but may need a press to do so. good luck

Oh and try Liquid Wrench supper pen. it seems to eat out the rust and free it up in about 5 to 15 min.
