O.k I really need help on this one.... On my emissions sheet the hc's are reading 298/ and idle is reading 398. When both should be at 220 or lower. I've changed plugs, distributor, cat, went back to stock timing. reset valves back to stock. I also lowered my fuel pressure also.

Here's whats in my motor to help.... It's a b16a2 block and top end, I have ctr piston's overbore .25. type r oil pump, thats it for the bottom end. For the top end. I got all crower valve train, custom ground type r cams.. I think. An Aebs intake manifold.. ctr thottle body. 3inch custom intake. and 2.5 inch exhaust cat back.
I also changed to hotter plugs. To the colder one's i had in it.......... I don't know anything else I can do .......Honda-tech members I need your info!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
