Can anyone tell me if a 98 civic 3dr uses the same front wing, bumper, headlights and bonnet?

 

Not sure about a front bonnet or a front wing, but the bumper and headlights are the same for 96-98 and 2dr/4dr/3dr

 

All of the front stuff is the same between 2/3/4dr when you get to the back thats where bumpers start changing.

Yes, they are the same, as long as you are switching between the same years (i.e. '98 coupe and '98 hatchback).
