I am not Trying to start any legal issues. If i go through with making these T's they will be sold AT COST. now more than i invested in them.. I have seen other HT members wearing these shirts and i have always wanted one and i just figured i was not alone. If anything it is free advertisement for Honda-tech. becuase the shirts also have https://honda-tech.com on the back of them.

It's a good idea. I don't think anyone will get in a bind over it just so long as you've been truthful in everything you've said. I may be interested.

like i said i am not looking to make money over this. It just that i know people with them and i have wanted one for a while, and i don't think im alone on that. If need be i will take pictures of the receipts to show that i am being truthful.

this is prolly gonna get moved in to the mods corner or get locked every single time someone trys to do this the mods lock it down

i am buying the shirts from honda motor company. its not like im slapping a honda logo on them. I am not worried about the "Honda" logo on the front of the shirt because like i said i am buying them from honda. which means i am buying the rights to that shirt. what i was worried about is if Mike and Dustin the Administators of this board would let me use there name "honda-tech" on the shirts. if that makes any difference at all.

1) No you Can Not use the HT Name or Font or any likeness of the HT Name and logo.
