I wouldnt' cheap out on sleeves, or any other engine part for that matter.

Save up the money and do it right the first time. You'll regret it if you don't.

cheap and sleeve is should not be in the same sentence, unless the sentence is "Sleeving is not cheap."

You get what you pay for. Don't cheap out on engine internals, unless you want an expensive garage conversation piece.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

We all know how much sleeving cost and its not a simple upgrade. As much as we like to lower the prices some more so many more racers can afford it. Prices can only go so low due to cost of the sleeves themselves and the machines to operate plus the salary of the machinist.
Our Sleeving service is $880 and that includes the bore. hone, hot tank, step deck and the sleeving process itself. We think its a reasonable price for what you are getting.

We have our race engines in several Pro cars and have been doing well this season.
