It is not welded on. Your mount is custom in order to swap the motor into another car, such as a civic. All you have to do is remove the two bolts that is holding the upper part of the mount and replace that one with a prelude one. Or just get a prelude driver side mount.

I don't know. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the driver side mount have one stud/nut and one bolt holding it to the motor side bracket? To me it looks like the one in the picture has two bolts. Which means you might need both parts of the driver side motor mount.
Also, the tranny mount pictured is for the Civic chassis as well. That will need to be replaced with both parts of the tranny mount as well. That can be taken from your Accord when you swap.
The rear mount looks normal but I don't remember whats needed whe you swap it into the Accord. You might just be able to use the one from the Accord with the stock mount. People with H22 swaps will be able to help you there though.

I think the bottom part of his driver side mount is correct. The person before him modded it with that top piece in order to make it fit in a civic. If you look closely at his driver side mount, there is a threaded stud towards the headers side that is not in use, and the prelude mount is bolted down to that with a nut. The intake side will require a bolt. For all the other mounts, the accord ones will be used. The reason why you need a prelude driver side mount is because the lower part of the mount is attached with 4 bolts into the block unlike the 3 bolts into the f series block. I know this because I used the accord driver side mount for a month until I could get my hands on a prelude driver side mount. So to summarize, you will need a driver side prelude mount, and the rest will be accord mounts.

ah, I missed that. That was the stud I was refering too, I just didn't see at first.

If that rear mount is a prelude mount, you will need to use your stock accord one (off your f series) as the prelude mount will be too low. When you take out the account mount compare the two. If the bolt hole where it would attach to the frame mount is lower you will have to use the accord one. Also I need to purchase that mount if it is for a prelude mount. Let me know how it turns out for you.
