I am not sure but i am pretty sure that it wont fit. I beleive the smallest rim that fits over the AEM big brake kit is a 16" rim. Are you going for looks? Because in my opinion you should just get some brembo cross-drilled and slotted rotors that are oem size. Same concept as AEM's brakes but without the drawback of the heavier wait of AEM's. Good luck anyways.

They won't fit. You'll need to get 16's for them to clear.
