Default im putting a gsr head on a ls block

can i use my ls intake manifold with this head. if not, which b's can i use.

No, the gsr head has to use the one it came with or an aftermarket one like skunk2 or blox.

or you can just keep the one you have i have heard that the manifold isnt that bad the flow of air is slightly less.

Get either a Skunk 2 or AEBS. GSR manifolds suck, especially if you cant activate the IAB (secondary butterflies)
