Default HOLY SH*T I SUCK AT CARS, needs help

okay maybe some of you can help me diagnose my many problems before i take my car to my mechanic. Ive posted before about my random problems but i still need a lot of help. So i had emmisions today and failed miserably. I have a gsr 104xxx miles with I/E/H/C. Recently ive had a new transmission put in since mine was leaking. So enough of that here are the problems with the car
edit:*****NO CEL's*****
-Car bogs down at partial throttle and hesitates really bad. Its fine at full throttle
-I snapped 2 ECU fuses in the last three days
-THE BOGGING ONLY HAPPENS WHEN CAR IS WARMED UP
-It idles at around 1000rp, and every 20 seconds or so it will drop to 800rpm, car will shake a little and rise back up to 1000.
-Car has a slight smell of gas that is not normal
-I took off my cold air, put the short ram on and cleaned filter which did help a little bit on the bogging and is smoother

Heres what has been done recently:
-Plugs and wires replaced yesterday
-Dist. cap and rotor inspected and in good shape
-Timing belt/water pump replaced about 4k miles ago
-ECU reset twice
* Could it be related to tranny/engine grounds? dizzy? alternator? bad ecu? bad O2 sensor? Valves? Sensors? Vacuum leaks? Timing? i dont know.......

Now i need to know what to check, and maybe an explanation. im not used to things breaking and I am a broke *** highschooler. Thank You for reading and ANY help will be greatly appreciated

I had a similar problem with the idling, try checking the throttle, it could be that you're running a little rich on fuel. Vaccum leaks I doubt that the problem. check the throttle.

Could very possibly be a bad or switched ground, also check out the throttle position sensor. Hope this helps!

Try checking all the ground wires. Maybe clean them up with a wire brush and reattach them to the chassis.

You may also want to check your IAVC(?), it may be bad or dirty. It's located on the back of the intake manifold facing the firewall and is held in by two bolts. That can affect idle if it's bad or really dirty.

Good luck!

The fact that it runs fine at WOT and when the engine is still cold, makes it sound like you have a bad sensor somewhere, since the ecu runs off of preset values during warm-up and when it's floored. Though it is strange you aren't throwing any codes, I would suggest picking up a Haynes manual and either buying or borrowing an ohms (voltage) meter, and checking the voltage on some of your sensors and wiring, also make sure you have your mechanic get diagnostics on it, and ask for a print-out (to make sure it was done). You could possibly have a fried ecu considering it's blowing fuses....I know this is a shitload of stuff to check, but unfortunatly that's the downside to screwing with cars......troubleshooting...............

sounds like you got something wrong w/ your fuel system... most likely a leak and you must be running lean that is why you are bogging...
