Default vafc on a non V-tec moter

Got a b20 and am getting lean code. 97b20b4 in 97 hatch. Crv fule pump, ls ecm,FPR set to 60psi @ idle; but still lean. plugs look a little white. Gas milage sucks around 20-24 mpg. Any one used a vafc to cure this type of problem. I know i could get buy with a afc but might do a head swap in the future.

you'll just mess up your injectors with fuel pressure that high. get a manual crv ecu or chip it
