Default Best suspension setup

hey, i searched but i couldnt find the answers i need. i want a suspension that will lower my crx about 2 inches but i really want a real smooth ride and handling. also what price range itll be in. can anyone help me out. its a 89 dx by the way. thanks

First off there is no real suspension that you can get that will lower your car and increase your handling and give you a nice smooth ride. Smooth ride is pretty much a moot point when you lower your car.

It's really about your preferance too. How well do you want it to handle? Do you want to keep it simple with upgraded springs/shocks or go with coilovers? Do you want strut and sway bars?

Most importantly, how much do you want to spend?

if you got the cash go with some tein, or how about with some skunk2 coils and tokico shocks.

KYB agx with some 1.5"-2.0" drop springs would give u good handling and a decent ride.

My budget is nothing over 1000, i just dont like my stock suspension, do you think the teins will make it a little more smoother? i want it to ride just nice ya know? also i heard air ride rides very smooth. is that true? and do they make them for crx's? thanks alot

im on koni reds with ground controls integ spec..rides pretty good dumped pretty low..i say you should go koni yellows or reds with gound controls so u can go up like a truk or low low low
