Default Is this EBAY turbo package a good deal?

This question is for all you FI guru's. I have no experience with FI, but would like to get my hands wet. Lemme know if this would be a good starting point, or you can point me into the right direction. I know the basics of how a turbo functions, so plz dont tell me to read various sites & pages. I just want to know if this package is a good deal.

ill break this turbo kit down for you as i have done many times before...

the parts are SSautochrome, they have been known to make not so great parts that crack and defect, im not going to bash them because personally i have not used them...

the wastegate is an HKS "style" gate, which means its just a replica of the real deal, and probably does not perform like the authentic HKS...most likely leaks boost...

just stay away from this one, theres much better quality out there...

1. You get your feet wet, not your hands
2. Read, piece your own kit together

Man, I dunno about you guys, but if you weren't interested in quality, and you were building a show car, that manifold would blow the judges minds! I gotta admit, although I'm really into going fast, I'm still awed by big shiny objects... especially chrome plated tubular manifolds..... mmm....mmm...good...

but yeah, show only I'd say.

it really depends what your budget is. if you got a budget thats low. below say 2800 youd have to go with a lot of used parts if you got a budget thats reasonable i can see what we can put together for ya

A shop near me installed one of those turbo kits and the turbo was spewing oil as soon as they started it up. Garbage.

sweet, thats a kick *** deal. Get it

I wouldnt listen to a lot of the people on this board when it comes to things like this. The whole "i have to do and say stuff so people will like me" takes effect when it has to do with something that isnt a bandwagon item. SSautoChrome may sell it, but who cares, they are a good company and will do whatever possible to make sure your satisfied. I mean even Greddy, Lovefab, Full Race, InlinePro and more had their beginnings. But back then people baught the items and tried them before downing the products. A lot of the SSauto goods are pretty damn decent and yes, some were **** too but hey, we all learn from our mistakes and im sure they do to. They are always trying to improve what they have to better us, the buyers

Sometimes i wonder where these people shop for clothes, i know i couldnt afford it if i cared about what others think. I'll be the first to admit I SHOP AT WAL MART
