I recently put in a full tank of gas & checked to see how far I could go on it. 250 miles is all I got. WTF Is up with that? Its all city driving at around 40 mph, not many stops... & I have an auto tranny & am ALWAYS in 4th gear at around 1500 RPM cruising. I dont have any aftermarket parts except an intake & a muffler, stock wheels. How much my gas mileage is sucking & what can I do to make it better? In this test I NEVER ONCE floored it... but I did take it too 5500 RPM ONCE... & to 4000 about 3 or 4 times. What do you think the deal is?

did you go through a tank in 5 hours?? cause you posted at 12...its only 7...you need a chill pill....your paranoid 250 aint bad at all...could be worse..like 180

 

its cause its auto.....

 

You should also check how many gallons were actually used..... integra gas lights are notorious for coming on early. We have a 13.2 gallon tank right? Well my light comes on shortly after 9 gallons are used up.
