need help

Default need help

i just installed my turbo on my b16a, but i dont have anywhere for these 2 vaccumm hoses to go, i plugged them and that didnt work, i hooked them to each other and that didnt work, i cant put them in my charge pipe so i dont know what do.

I just removed and plugged them when I had the OEM manifold

i tried that, it didnt work after the car warmed up the idle went crazy and the car stalled.

Try running them to the intake before the turbo. They are supposed to go to the intake hose before the throttle body, so I guess thats the best you can do.

i would but there is no piping before the turbo, the filter is literally on the turbo

I hope I don't get in trouble for saying this but try http://www.homemadeturbo.com they have a lot of people on there that can probably help you with your question. Btw what is your setup? I have a B16a and would like to know because after winter I am going to turbo my car.

Try going into their forum under "forced induction". Click on the first thread "Noobs look here, scroll down to 4-door-teg's post, he has a link for beesandgoats they have a great write-up on turbo stuff. Check out the section on catch cans and the PCV valve maybe that has something to do with your problem.

thats not related, those vaccum hoses dont connect to a catch can or pvc system,

This might be a bad idea, but could you try hooking them to the intake charge pipe? They are supposed to actuate things using vacuum, so they would still do their job at idle. Worth a shot, unless you've tried it.

if i did that i think i would lose pressure, like boost could leak from that
