Gauging interest for my cosuins crx which he is trying to sell. and just in general..

what is the most you would pay for a nice clean crx, no rust, clean interior, kit, paint, wheels. etc....

I would pay less for one with a bodykit, paint and wheels.

2-4K for stock. 120-200K KM's. Good body/interior. Certified.

 

i paidf only $100 for my 89 hf but it had a bad motor

 

I spent $900 on my 90 REX, with very little rust, 216,000 miles, SI wheeels, new paint (Blue).

So far I spent:

$18 on paint for the interior (I pulled all the Interior parts minus the dash and painted the tub and frame arctic white), with rust preventor clear coat.
$1000 on a B18A1.

More to come eventualy, anyway thats what I spent, and thats pretty reasonable. Some specific info like this would help on your question.

no problems that i know of, not sure on the rest of the stuff. pic:

6.what kind of wheels,suspension? Rota subzero, tein on agxs, ST front rear sways, neuspeed front and rear strut tower bars
7.other mods i can think of: sparco harnesses, chipped ecu, focuz muffler, headunit, aero gear wing, random engine **** (d16a), clear corners, short shifter, momo wheel and ****, dual gauge pillar..etc
8.any problems at all: actually rust popped thru on one side, little spot. other then that, no runs perfect

My friend just bought an HF with a b16 for $1700 ...rims, exhaust, lowered etc.

I'd probably pay nearly $5K for a mint BONE STOCK CRX assuming I was in the market for one.

They're getting hard to find in my area.

It's really not a matter of how much we as consumers are willing to pay, but rather how much the sellers are willing to let the car go for.

 

i think he was looking for upwards of 4000$ + for it. but its all opinion and how much some kid is willing to pay. i would be pissed if i didn't get 5500$ for my crx which is pretty mint...but this isn't my car and im ntio selling

 

i would only buy a stock crx. 1100 for other than Si and 2500 for Si

 

i paid $2000 to years ago for a rusted SI. with 140K.

 

Just sell it to a ricer..
Ask for $6ooo then let it go for $4ooo.make it seem like your givinga good deal.

 

i paid $1000. for my 90 si last year, but the int. was not si int. the wheels were also not the si wheels and the tranny had just about had it. but since, i have put different seats in, delsol wheels and a b16 then lsvtec so all in all it is how much you want to pay/let it go for. but I would not pay more then 2500 for a si and 1500 for any other model.

 

if it was an actual jdm ef-8 i wouldnt mind paying $5k for it

 

I paid 1600 for my 90dx hatch that was MINT except the little dings on the roof from being parked under an acorn(spelling?) tree and it had 98 k on it

my buddy paid 4,500 for his crx with a bone stock b16 but let me tell you it is the cleanest crx I have ever seen

another friend of mine got a 91 si from the original owner with 72k original miles on it he paid 3500 for it also very very clean (little dent in fender)

I paid 200 for a 90 dx crx black no rust but needed hood fenders bumper headlights corners radiator(basiclly the jacked the nose) but the car came with gsr leather and the interior is MINT its all about what you want I mean i know a kid who bought a school bus yellow 89 si with a b16 in it for 5200 off ebay and it is by far the biggest pos bondo machine I have ever seen dual exhaust corvette tail lights spray painted yellow and black interior ebay body kit it si nasty just be carefull on what your buying and remeber body kits are beat

 

2 million dollars.
