Well, my buddy had a car deal go bad and the chick buying it took off with out finishing paying for it. So we went to KC and repoed it in the middle of the night. This was a few months ago.
Well, she stole it back (with the key she had) tonight. So if you live in the KC area and could swing by her place, and tell me if its in her driveway, so I know she hasn't moved since last time, we can go get it. And greatly appreciate it.

It was a rediculous deal....traded her blown up 3000GT plus cash for his Avenger...was supposed to get the title later with the aditional cash....dumb situation all together

 

So who has the title to the Avenger? I would get the police involved. Specially if you know where this girl lives.

She had a bill of sale, and somehow used that (and I think forged his name) in order to get it retitled, but its now titled in both their names...like as if they were married....yeah, it f*cked up.

So neither of them can legally steal it from the other....and so the cops won't do ****.

Yeah, thats what this post was for. I needed to find someone in the KC area to keep an eye out for it at her place. So I didn't have to make the 3hr trip up there unless it there.

tell ur buddy to take the car and park it in his garage and just leave it in there since its in both of their names... so she wont have a car to drive and not like the cops can do anything about it since both their names on the papers right haha and then like get dogs and have it chase the bitch
