I bought my teg with a bike/ski rack from the previous owner. It left 4 small dots right above my windshield, but that is all. It somehow clips into the back windows or something, no drilling involved. Good luck

I have the Yakima rack for my surfboard/snowboard. Works pretty well 
but its very pricey.
There is no need to drill, its done with 'clips' and once the size is set you can take it off and on with ease (5min procedure)
With Yakima, you have to buy each part by itself.
You need and not limited to:
Bars
Q clips
Towers
Lock cores (if you wanna lock it up)
Ski holder
Fairing if you want
Its time for snow!
