I am looking to get a pair of seats for my CRX. I need something that looks good but most of all it has to be comfortable. I dont have the cash to get a reclinable set so I need to find a really comfortable set for cheap.

Well that really depends on your and your GF ***!! Personally I wouldn't get a racing seat for the passenger side. It may be okay for you but other won't see the benifit or joy in sitting in it. The reclineable ones would be best and closer to a stock feel. I have a Corbeau Targa RS in my civic, looks and feel great.

If you don't have the money then stock seats are pretty nice, otherwise I'd recommend recaro's sparco's aren't too bad either

What do you guys think of the Torinos? Any good. Those look real nice. Reclinable too.

 

Did you have to purchase the rail as well or were you able to use the adapter plates. I am currently looking to change my seats. They are killer on long drives. We (my wife and I) drove to rochester a couple weeks ago and we can't do a drive like that again.

The stock seats are killing my back.

How are the Corbeau's on long drives?

I would love to get the sparco. My Friend has one in his Passat. It is just the fact that the seats I get can't say a name that a ricer would know. They would grow legs.

I am going to tint the windows on the civic darker on the sides before the seats get installed.

I would love the sparcos but I have to get a pair and 1K is kinda steep for two seats.

Recaro srd with suede, Sparco are nice seats but not for comfort or long rides.

 

how about mugen s1 bucket seat? just ordered a pair from kingmotorsports.
hopefully they are comfy.

Corbeau Carreras are a nice alternative to Sparco Torinos since you don't have the cash....just my thoughts..

 

i always thought the stock si seats i have in my 90 civic were comfy.

 

Yeah I know my seats feel uncomfortable now but the true problem is my suspension. My shocks are shot. I have horrible dampening right now. So all of the bumps transfer right to the occupants.

I am going to look at seats if the problem isn't repaired when the shocks are replaced with new ones.

 

ITR seats are my favorite...

 

If you don't have an oversize ***, then Mugen seats are pretty dope.

A CRX is a nice small car... Maybe this would work. If you like to modify to fit than do I have a seat for you!!

These are the best seats you will EVER sit in. I'm not sure the cost of normal honda seats but these are 160 each for highback 22" wide black seats. They are designed for offroad racing and those guys dont cheap out on seats! Most of them have these.

Edit : They are made for a Baja Bug but I modified other seats to fit into my baja. All it takes is some time, cutting and welding.

What about the Tenzo R reclineable seats? They seem pretty comfy, though I've never sat in one for more than about 10 mins. THey are also priced rather nicely
