Hi, i've been searching this site for a few months and finally decided to join it. I just bought my first honda (1991 civic 4dr dx with 152,000 miles) and bought a jdm d15b sohc vtec <-(hey i spelled it right) from Venus Auto in Sac. I'm getting an ECU from them in 2 weeks when they get a new shipment. I've researched everything and will be reusing my dx axles and transmission with new clutch/flywheel and will be replacing timing belt belt, waterpump, plugs, rotor, etc... So basically, I don't know much about the actual labor of swapping engines, but I would like to be one the people who did their own swap. You guys always tell people to swap it themselves cause its so easy and I just need someone to help me out. I will buy everything and pay you for labor if you in turn walk me through it.
