Default dizzy cap, plugs and wires

I've searched a bit with little success; i basically want to get h-t members opinion on different brands/types of plugs, cap, and wires, which I plan to x-change in my eg b18c1 hybrid.

Please offer recommendations and any good/bad experience with different brands, etc. I'm interested in quality products that perform well, but would prefer to stay with products that are not at the top of the spectrum as far as pricing (ie greddy plugs, etc).

Some of the wires i've glanced at are magnecor, msd, ngk (the first seemingly the most expensive, the later the least).

Plugs: are iridium plugs worth the difference in price? Here are some brands that i've seen: blitz, denso, ngk, hks, greddy.

Caps: crane, moroso, msd.

I appreciate any advice on these parts.. Until this swap i've had no experience replacing these parts with performance parts...

Thanks

thanks man. any idea if you can buy the right wires from a honda dealer, as oppossed to acura dealership and or if you could get the oem stuff cheap at any website, etc.

the reason i ask about the honda dealership is bc i know a guy who works as a salesman (i bought my first 93 dx coupe from this dude) and he has offered me to get honda parts at his cost on various occasions...

might be worthwhile
