ok i bought a 92 civic hatch with a pretty beat hydro. clutch . so i bought a new clutch me and my buddy just finished putting it on. i drove it that night and it was cool . i the morning i get in and start it while im letting over the clutch in reverse i here a sorta grinding noise kinda like two plates rubbing. i pedal its self has never been that strong and it wasnt as strong as it use to be. We throught it might be the master cylinder because it was leaking some fluild so i bought one slaped it on. and it dosnt seem to help. any ideas?? Help.

ps It also makes the noise while letting out he pedle in Nutral.
