DSM inj. not clicking? Need help starting car!!
I installed a custom turbo setup on my Integra and I can't get it to start. It HAS fuel pressure and spark. I tested the injectors for power and they have continuity but it's like they aren't getting enough power to open? I triple checked all wiring of resistor box and injector cips, everything is cool. I doubt all 4 injectors are bad. What's the problem? Why won't the injectors open?
setup:
Walbro 255lph intank pump
DSM blue top injectors
Honda resistor box
B&M fpr and gauge
Greddy e-manage (disconnected just to make sure its not that causing the problem)
Any help would be appreciated!

well for one thing with the emanage disconnected how are you gonna get the car to run with those big 450's not leaned out some? Its gonna run super rich at idle.
That's fine so long as IT RUNS. I'm just trying to get it started and then I'll lean it out.
*When I checked the plugs for spark the cylinder was dry as a bone, no fuel. I sprayed carb and choke cleaner into the intake mani and it fired right up until the c+c burned off, so I know its an injector problem

Ok I had a similar problem when I installed my injectors. The power wire for the injectors also powers something else(don't have my helms manuel with me and don't remember what it was). What happened is when i spliced into the power harness for the injectors, the yellow/black wire was disconnected and my car would not start. I hooked that wire back up, and it ran. basically, I cut the yellow/black wire when I should have just spliced into it.
Yes I am. The yellow/black power wire. I think it also powers the IACV, when prevented my car from starting. If you have a helms or anything, check the diagram and it will show you.
Where in b-lo is he?

Well, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I think my resistor box is wired incorrectly (see if I ever let my Dad help me on my car again
) Anyway, he's from around West Seneca or Cheektowaga

How did you wire it anyways?
Take some pictures so I can see what went wrong.

Sweet I am from W. Seneca. The power wire for the resitor box(red I believe) should just be spliced into the yellow/black wire on the driver side fender. Make sure that wire is still connected. good luck.
well..instead of wiring the box inline with the injectors, we chopped out the dead end connector and wired the RED wire into the 4 yel/blk wires that didn't have injector power or continuity. So i'm guessing I'll have to solder in that dead end connector and fix the wires and then hopefully it'll start up.
The way i did it it was very easy. I just ran power from injector harness(1 wire blk\yel)--> resistor box---> 4 new power wires. then just hook up the neg. wires to stock wires. Took me all of 40 min.
If it turns out to be a faulty resistor box (which in rare cases do happen), I have one for sale... in BBQ black for that stealth or OE look.
