whats the "name" of those rear bumpers with holes in them. When I say holes, I mean the bumpers that have circular openings running along the width of the bumber.

lol those are stock bumpers, with holes cut outs, STR makes a plate to cut the holes and put on. it's really only for drag. it let's out all that trap ed air that builds up, for less drag.
