Default trying to decide

what motor would you guys recommend for my FULLY gutted 93 civic hb. The only thing in it is 2 aluminum kirky racing seats, dash, steering wheel and shifter. what motor would you guys recommend? i live in wyoming no emissions and will be fully built before swapped just takin suggestions.

Chevy LS1 bored and stroked out, maybe even twin turbo, and turn it into a rear wheel drive.
