im installing these side markers i had bought. first i unhooked the battery then i drilled the holes ran the wires koo then i clipped one wire to the green wire and one wire to the red as i was told. i cliped these wires to my corner lights. so i everything lit up on the corner light, side markers ok. then after like 1 min they stop working i checked everything was ok. turns out i blew a fuse. so i go buy some 10-fuses at kragrens and put them in. then everytime i turn on my headlights i blew a fuse. i blew about like 10 of them! testing everything combo and wiring for losesness. so i have no idea wat to do now. i just keep blowing fuses. can anyone tell me why? how? and what to do? and how to actually do this correct for a 95 civic hatchback DX i would appreciate it!

 

Im not sure, but my gf's buick had the same problem with the turn signals, and I just checked the connection and moved what seemed like a ground wire and wrapped it up, and it works fine. So check your ground (if they have a ground lol) and check ur connections once again.

Edit: I just realized Im on my gf's name, lol.

 

Make sure all your wires are wrapped and not touching metal. Also i heard that that fuse your blowing needs to be upped to a 15amp fuse. Try that and see what happens. HTH.

I think your wiring is good because you said they light up.
