What is needed to make the CRV b20z block, have VTEC?

I want it to be N/A, but also it has to be a reliable street driver and its daily driven

This is what I want the engine to be consisted of:

b20z block
Skunk2 intake manifold
b16 head (VTEC head)
ITR cams with adjustable cam gear
70 mm throttle body
Comptech ICE box

What is needed to be done to incorporate VTEC?
With pistons, which do I use and which rods do I use as well?
Can I still use a b-series ECU such as a GSR or ITR?
Octane wise, what will I need use?
Fuel Pump and Oil Pump --> go with stock or go aftermarket?
Transmission, okay which one, has to be JDM cause of the LSD? (I have in mind b16 tranny with LS final gear)?
Is the b20z VTEC a high reving combination?

What else am I missing or what else do I need so this thing is reliable and makes my Civic a great daily driver?

Can this be built, without spending a whole load of money budget is set at 5800?
