Any of these axles should be used when performing a B-series engine swap into any 92-00 civic:

- any 94-01 integra axles w/half shaft
- any JDM 2nd or 3rd gen B16A axles w/half shaft
- any JDM B18C (sir-g or ITR) axle set w/half shaft
- any US 99-01 Si coupe axles w/half shaft

Thats what i don't get, i used the 92-95 jdm b16 axles wit the halfshalf that came wit the swap from hmotors and steering felt really tight like when u make a turn the wheel kicked back really bad. Now over the weekend I swaped my 90 integra axles wit a gsr midshalf and still using the b16 axle in the passenger side, they feel better but i am still confused??

if a wheel kicks. id say there's problem with your differential binding up. like when you use a drag spool.

your wheels are rotating at diff speeds when you turn. something is not letting the wheels turn independantly.

oh wait a sec.....
you have a KAAZ LSD eh?

Do you know if it's a 1.5 way or 2 way LSD?
if it is, its normal for this kind of LSD to do that steering wheel kick-back effect.

One of my friend's who had a KAAZ LSD in his B16 CRX back in '99, had the the same steering wheel kick back effect in his car too.

You might wanna look into using KAAZ tranny/LSD fluid. Their special fluids are designed to lube their LSD's & reduce the steering wheel kick back effect, if I'm not mistaken.

I knew this had to do something with that i am using 40w-30 tranny oil wit a adaditve(sp) and 3rd gear grinds steve told me to use either there fluild or gm syncro mesh...but i changed the axle to the 90 integra axle and the gsr midshalf and it didn't do it as much...

At least someone knows what i'm talking about lol...

If you are using a KAAZ LSD and the fluid is not the right one for the application it can cause the the steering to feel unnecessarily tight.

However, if the KAAZ was not installed properly, it will cause some similar symptoms - you may want to check that as well......

Per the thread you found, I recommend trying the Redline MTL plus Ford Friction modifier.

Take into consideration that since it is an aftermarket unit, it may have been rebuilt with a higher initial torque setting and no matter what you do, it will have that tendency to "kick"

Good luck.
